Building a Kinder Future One Young Leader at a Time

A hands-on leadership program for high school students taught at sanctuaries. Offered as a yearlong initiative or a summer camp.

An interactive learning and leadership program for elementary and middle school students, taught at sanctuaries and community centers as a yearlong initiative or summer camp.

A group of exemplary young leaders who advise our organization and work on multi-year, high-impact projects benefitting animals and the environment with the guidance of adult mentors.

Social/Emotional Learning (SEL) standards-aligned classroom curriculum that teaches how empathy, leadership, and lifestyle choices impact animals, people, and ecosystems. Run collaboratively in partnership with The SOSA (Save Our Species Alliance).

Independent student-led clubs run at schools, sanctuaries, and after-school centers that plan and execute service projects to help animals and the environment.

A worldwide hiking event to foster a love of the outdoors, to support mental health, and to raise funds for animal protection nonprofits. Created by a LEAP youth advisor to inspire connection with nature and each other.
